We do not guarantee that a fragrance will smell, perform, project, or last exactly as described or that it will meet every customer's personal fragrance preferences.

All product descriptions, pricing, availability, packaging, and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Aura & Moniker. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order, subject to applicable law.

Disliking a fragrance, experiencing it differently than expected, or deciding that a fragrance does not suit your personal preference does not constitute a product defect.

This does not affect the procedures described in our Return and Refund Policy for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualify for assistance under that policy, nor does it limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Customers are encouraged to review our Return and Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
